- Natural Organ Oil to protect the wood on the inside of your Stream Throne
(NOTE: you will use a towel around your ceramic steam pot so there is very little contact between the steam and the wood on the inside) - All painting materials

✨ Evening Steaming Ceremony with Stephy
Tending the Sacred Red Thread
Date: Wednesday 11th Nov.
Time: 5:30pm – 7:30pm
Gather in sacred circle for a deeply nourishing ceremonial womb steam experience with your newly created Steam Throne.
Together we will journey with warmth, herbs, breath, gentle ritual, song, drumming, and guided meditation. An opportunity to slow down, listen deeply, and restore what Stephy lovingly calls the Sacred Red Thread: our connection to the womb, our bodies, our feminine lineage, and ourselves. Inspired by traditional women’s wisdom, the steam gently nourishes the entire pelvic bowl, supporting the womb, bladder, bowel, and pelvic floor through warmth and circulation. Likened to a gentle sweat lodge for the entire pelvic floor, the ceremony creates a space where stories, memories, and emotions may arise to be witnessed with compassion, allowing women to soften, release, and remember.
Note: If you’re unable to attend the evening with Stephy, please mention this when booking and $50 will be deducted from your total investment.
